Question about the application process

As I understand from previous readings on this forum, applying early is crucial in the whole application process because admission is on a rolling cycle.

I'm a incoming junior and will now have to start considering when to apply and take MCAT. (i've been just focusing on my GPA and resume building so far..)

When does the application cycle start? What is the approx time-line to be considered as "applying early?"

Also, do I have to have LORs ready when I do my primary? If not, when do I have to have LORs ready to go?

You will want to take the MCAT in the Spring of your junior year and have your applications sent as close to the first week of June as possible. LOR’s should go with the primary in order to give yourself enough time to make sure they are all sent on time.

With rolling admissions, people are getting interviews as early as August and some classes are filled by October or November.
