Question about the essay prompt.

I have written my essay about 80%, and some people told me the essay has to be specific to one story.
For my essay, it's about my cultural diversity and how I changed throughout my immigrant life.

My essay is not very specific to one case. Is this ok thing to do?

help? XD

Because there are too many applicants, the admission office is not going to look through their essays or written statements. What matters is your GPA and SAT score.

I think you are good. As far as I remember, PSU asks you to share a personal statement explaining something that would show your ability to be successful in a college environment. Explaining your experience iversity would accomplish that I think. I don’t think it has to be one story.
That being said, unless you are borderline or applying for the honors college, they very likely won’t read it.

Here’s my gpa and such.
