<p>Yes and yes.</p>
<p>Every college class you ever took (including during HS) is counted in your gpa.</p>
<p>A cumulative as well as institutional GPAs are reported so it’s also not like someone has to go through your transcript manually to see that the CC GPA is weighing you down. How they’ll incorporate the CC GPA into their evaluation of you though we can’t say exactly.</p>
<p>Also, the computerized screen probably looks at cumulative GPA before human eyes would look more carefully so then the issue becomes how “bad” and how many credits are we really talking? E.g. is this 1 year of CC and 3.3 bad or 2 years of CC and 1.5 bad?</p>
