Question about the Presidential Scholarship.

<p>My top three choices were Newark Arts and Sciences, Rutgers Pharm, and Rutgers SAS. Newark was for the med program.</p>

<p>Does Presidential Scholarship consider what order you picked the campuses and its schools, or does it simply look at GPA + SAT?</p>
