<p>I have a question about how I am going to regiister for my PWR 1 class</p>
<p>I am confused about whether do I choose which quarter I will take it or is it assigned, and if it is assigned, how and when can I petition for a change?</p>

<p>You're assigned. You can petition for a change when you get on campus, but you really should do it quick if you're assigned for fall quarter. pwr.stanford.edu, I think is the link.</p>

<p>You'll get a sheet of paper when you arrive in your dorm that lets you know when you're scheduled to take PWR. You should petition for a change immediately, if you so wish, at pwr.stanford.edu, there's an online petition form when you click on "Courses and Registration". It's relatively easy compared to IHUM, but I'm curious as to why you'd want to do PWR in the spring rather than just getting it over with in Fall/Winter?</p>
