I thought that was good enough to fit the description of academic experience but now I’m not so sure :(</p>

<p>Otherwise, I guess it depends on what you are trying to say. If it’s about how you made a cute little relationship with the person you tutored, that’s probably borderline. Not too sure though to be honest.</p>
<p>“Academic experience, project, class” is pretty broad though.</p>
<p>I think tutoring can fit the essay topic. It’s an academic experience.</p>
