<p>I'm seriously considering living in the villas next semester, and I did some research on it, and I found a lot of negative reviews. Now, up front, I honestly can handle weekend noise (I party on weekends too) and trash around the complex. What does bother me is stuff like no cell phone reception if you don't have AT&T, they apparently try to charge you random fees and also screw you out of your deposit for things like vacuuming a room and cleaning a counter top, fire alarms going off at random times like 7 AM, there are constant thefts in the parking garage as well as people regularly scratching/dinging your car while they try to fit into the small spaces.</p>
<p>However, I also hear that the management is constantly changing, which would change some of these things for the better or worse. Has anyone lived in The Villas in 2010 or knows someone who has, and can tell me if these problems are still the case?</p>
