question about transcripts

<p>Do we have to include in the transcripts for RD our 12th grade 1st term marks ? In my country the 1st term does not finish until the end of January, so if yes what can/should i do ?
Another question
transcript should be attached to which of the following
A) Secondary school report
B) Mid year report </p>
