Hello. I am an international student and in my school nobody knows about the stuff for USA. I have heard that each grades from senior year (12 grade) should be included. Is it true and how should be done because in my school it is possible to get only final grades of each subject for the current year.

what does that mean ?

"Your secondary school must turn in the International School Supplement to the Secondary School Report. "

From the site of University of Chicago

There is a separate International Supplement on the Common Application website. Whether you submit the application online or offline, your school counsellor has to fill in this form, in addition to the Secondary School Report and Mid-year Report.

As for what else to include in the official school trancripts, well, I’m just about as confused. Here, we just have something like a progress report, that lists all our marks for the various trimesters. I don’t know what other marks and scores to submit, or if we have to submit the school’s copy of the SAT score report too.

Should I send the Mid-year Report if I haven’t finished my first semester?

no… your mid-year report goes after your first semester. But I think you should inform the universities you’re applying to, about why you won’t send your mid-year report along with your application.
