<p>My friend goes to Cal state LA and he hates it there, he's thinking of transferring to UCLA.
Just how are the chances for a CSU student to transfer into UCLA? He's a film major and his GPA is like 3.9, with some work experience, dean's list for 2 quarters. I'm just curious.</p>
