Question about UPenn's financial aid for Canadians

<p>If I am correct, UPenn gives need-blind financial aid for all North Americans, correct? Also how great is there financial aid? For example (this is totally random of the top of my head). If someone's parents make aroung $180, 000 a year,live inf a family of 5 with no kids in college, and are paying off the debt of buying a business how much financial aid would they get? </p>
