question about Withdrawing

i just wanted to know how many w's would be considered too many? right now i have 3 and i'm thinking about withdrawing from a class, so i would have 4. i can easily explain them as i work a fulltime job and a part time job and sometimes it just isn't possible to fit everything in. when i apply for transfer i will have 54credits completed and a GPA of 3.9 will the 4w's really hurt my chances? (my top choice school is Bard)

depends if ur transfering from a CC i dont think as much. however a 4 year U would seem as if your struggling. Either way it doesn't look to well. if u have taken difficult classes and maintained the 3.9 then its not so bad.

thanks, also i forgot to ask, will it make a difference if i did end up finishing the courses? because if i do drop this one, i will have went back and finished 3 out of the four.

agian depends, u where considering dropping the class. if u think u can handle finishing the class, by all means do so. however, if u think ur gpa might plummet because of a bad grade in the class, then i recommend dropping it. no class with an E is worth finishing.
