Question Concerning Big 4

Hi,

I am planning to apply to Big 4 accounting firms.

Just wondering, what documents do I need to bring to the Career Fair?
Would personal resume and cover letter be sufficient?
Or do I need to bring my college transcript?

Thank you.

You serious?

You should bring cheese. I hear recruiters go crazy for it. Peanut butter works well, too.

Well, I am just sophomore and hoping to get an internship this fall.
I’d really appreciate it if someone could give me some info.

No transcript necessary. They may request one if you are selected for an interview, but it would be useless to hand it out at a career fair. A resume will work fine.

I see. Thank you very much. :-)

you probably are out of luck until fall recruiting…just bring resumes…

Here they recruit in Spring for Spring. Fall career fair for us = total waste of my time. I think it depends on the school. A midcap accounting firm partner said the school dictates the recruiting season…even forbids them from scheduling any interviews or anything with us for a two week period before finals.

“You should bring cheese. I hear recruiters go crazy for it. Peanut butter works well, too.”

lol, just don’t “cut the cheese” at the fair…
