I don't want to apply for early decision, but I want to send the application as fast as I can so I can get a spot in pre-med classes. Typically, around which month is the best to send the application if I want to take classes for pre-med? Also,If one of the universities I'm applying to has setted the deadline for early decision on November 15, and if I send the application before that day, does my application count for "early decision?"

(EXTRA) If possible, can any of you post some tips for compiling resume and application?

No. You can turn your applications in in August and still be considered Regular Decision (on CommonApp, there’s a button that you click indicating whether you’re ED or RD). I finished my Vanderbilt application in September but applied RD, so I didn’t find out until April 1.

For RD, you won’t find out decisions until everyone else in March/April, no matter how early you send in your application. And sending in your application earlier won’t mean that you register for classes earlier either.
