-On the JHU site it says that no money will ever be given to International transfer students. Is that a policy that will never change? Does Johns Hopkins make exceptions? What if you REALLLY need it?

That is true … Johns Hopkins University does not provide financial assistance to international transfer students. This is a policy we have had for a long time and I do not anticipate it changing in the future. And no, exceptions are not made.

Johns Hopkins has only limited financial aid that can be provided to international students (non-US citizens and non-US permanent residents) and that aid is reserved and provided only to freshmen applicants.
