Was Wash U one of your top two choices?

it was #11 on my list...

6 on mine i think.

so, no.

yes it was, it was actually number two, and it all depended on which schools were gonna offer me more finaid. unfurtunatly, they did not offer me an acceptance...so...i am still gonna try to get in. lol. i will never give up!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it was my number one, so all u ppl who applied to it as a safety for ur ivy leagues...DONT GO TO WASHU AND GIVE ME MY SPOT BACK. Im pretty sure more people get waitlisted than rejected. Im already working on my campaign to get off the list. 40 S shaped cookies (south 40), a missouri loves company shirt, a couple published articles of mine, recomendations from a board of trustees member, and the all important plane with a banner saying "Robwer Rosen LOVES WashU"

"it was my number one, so all u ppl who applied to it as a safety for ur ivy leagues...DONT GO TO WASHU AND GIVE ME MY SPOT BACK."

No need to worry. I and many others fall into this catagory and were flat out waitlisted.

Best of luck to you though. Your persistance and enthusiasm are admirable.

it was my number 2/3. it's tied with johns hopkins

Hopefully I will be one to get into an Ivy and I will give you your spot back.

It was definitely my number one.
holler at genxyboi

3 for me.

to be precise, about #8 or 9

not my #1 choice but pretty close... definitely not a safety..

5 or so ...

Sigh ... it seems as if 70% of the whole entire applicants are waitlisted ...
blah~

around #5 for me

it was #1/2:(:(

Guys,

Emory, WUSTL, and Rice waitlists are pretty easy to come off of compared to other places. Make sure to call the admissions office stating your seriousness and have your guidance couselor write a letter as well. Updates to your application are an easy way to initiate contact.

Stop worrying and start working! You should get in.

It was my #1 choice as of recently, but some of the other schools I applied to weren't far behind (Tufts, CMU, NYU, Barnard). I'm still fairly disappointed, of course.

easy to get in off the waitlist? are you kidding? washu waitlists thousands of kids and only accepts like 23 off the list. NOT very good odds.

It was #4 for me

Alas, it was my # 1 choice!
