Question on AP history scoring

So assuming I need a "75" for a "3" right.
I looked at the website right and it said the mc was 50% and the essays were 50% right.
So if I got 4's on my essays right.. Then I can take 50% of the total score of 180 which is 90 right. Then divide 90 by 9 (highest score on essays)right. And then multiply that by 4(my score) right... So that is 40 right.
Then if I get 30 out of 80 on the mc right I can multiply 30/80 by 90 right (to get it to equal half of the total of 180 points). So that is 34 ish right.

Then I can take 40 from my essays and add 34 from my mc to get 74 right?
So I got a 74/180 right?

For those of you smartasses who say wrong because I said right so many times... Take a joke. Thanks guys.

anyone???

Maybe this would help

^ is there a apwh version of that???

To score (APUSH)

MC Raw Score = # Correct - 1/4 * # Wrong (and then round up)
DBQ Raw Score = 4.5 * Score out of 9
Essays Raw Score = 2.75 * (Essay score 1 + Essay score 2)

Add up MC raw score, DBQ raw score, and essays raw score. This is your composite score out of 180. You need ~ 120/180 for a 5.

Multiple Choice Score: [30 - .25(80)] x 1.125 = 19.6875

DBQ Score: 4 x 4.5 = 18

Essay Scores: 2(4 x 2.75) = 22

19.6875 + 18 + 22 = 59.69

AP Score = 2

Since a raw score between 42-73 is a 2, that’s what you should get with the stats you gave.
Hope that helps.
