<p>I met with the department counselor today, and she told me that even when I get admitted to UCLA as a Bizecon, I need to apply again to the major after completing my pre-major requisites.</p>
<p>So that means even if I gets admitted to UCLA as BizEcon as a pre-major, if i don't get admitted to BizEcon Major, then I have to choose either Econ. or Econ/International Area Studies.</p>
<p>But she said it's only for the BizEcon. Other department majors such as Economics and Econ/International Area Studies don't require applying again after I get admitted to UCLA.</p>
<p>Is this true? Do I need to apply again after I get admitted to UCLA for BizEcon?
Or was the counselor just telling me bunch of BS?</p>
