Question 1.

I've been in trouble with the law, I received a traffic violation but later on I had the case dismissed due to medical reasons.

DO I have to mention this? I don't know what to put for application.

This is what application is asking:

Have you been convicted of a crime?

Have you entered a plea of guilty, a plea of no contest, a plea of nolo contendere, or an Alford plea, or have you received a deferred prosecution or prayer for judgment continued, to a criminal charge?

Have you otherwise accepted responsibility for the commission of a crime?

Do you have any criminal charges pending against you?

Have you ever been expelled, dismissed, suspended, placed on probation, or otherwise subject to any disciplinary sanction by any school, college, or university?

From my side, I was not convicted, I plead not guilty. I just received a traffic citation and had to go to court, the case was dismissed.

I think from my point I will write/type a small paragraph when I send my documents letting them know the truth. They always say, honesty is the best policy.

What do I say for such answers, can you please provide me any insights, thanks!

Question 2.
