<p>For NU, I think it's one of those things that will help a little, but your own statistics will count far more. BC for example is a school that weighs a lot on legacy...northeastern, though, not so much. It wouldn't hurt to apply of course, if your stats are good and your mom attended too, then you could very well have a spot in the class.</p>
