Question regarding PLUS loans and stafford loans

<p>Cost of attendance minus scholarships/aid: $7,600</p>

<p>I am eligible for the unsubsidized stafford loan, which has a limit of $5,500.</p>

<ol>
<li><p>In order to cover the full amount, will I need to take out a PLUS loan of $2,100 and unsubsidized stafford loan of $5,500 or will I have to just take out a PLUS loan of $7,600 and no stafford?</p></li>
<li><p>A PLUS loan cannot exceed the cost of attendance minus aid, correct?</p></li>
<li><p>Where do I sign up for these loans?</p></li>

<p>Plus loans are Parent loans. Stafford loans are student loans.</p>
