question regarding teacher rec

<p>right now i have chosen two teachers to give my recommandation for my college but right now i really dont know what to give to my teachers. for example cornell uses common application and other school such as stony brook also uses common application for teacher evaluation. so my question is, do i make two copies of common app teacher evaluation form? one addressed to cornell and another to stony brook? This may be stupid question but i really am not familiar with application process.... Thanks</p>
