I want to major in business. I know I won't get into an Ivy or anything, but can you think of any good schools I would get into?? Thinking of UVA but idk if I will get in.... live n southern va.

You won't know for sure unless you try.
NYU Stern, UPenn Wharton, MIT Sloan, UMich Ross, ND Mendoza, UVA McIntire, BC Carroll, Georgetown McDonough, you're statistically qualified for all of them.

You have the stats to get into Ivies and UVa. Whether or not your ECs, recommendation letters, essays etc... are strong enough is another matter. But your SAT/GPA are within the norm for Ivies and other top universities.

When you say you want to major in Business, does it have to be Business or would you consider majoring in Economics?

Economics would be fine.

Extra Curriculars:

Tae Kwon Doe (Black Belt)
Swim Team (9th and 10th Grade)

Piano (3 Years)
Gutair (6 Years)

FBLA
SADD
KIDS FOR KIDS
PEP CLUB

YOUTH
150+ hours community service (more if free babysitting counts?)

Writing a Book

iTV (1 year)
Crestview Bld Inc (4 years summer job)

Are my EC strong or weak?

I'm pretty sure you'll get into UVa, and that's the definitely best choice for you as an in-stater.

With your stats, you could probably get a nice financial aid/grant package from Northeastern University in Boston. Their business school is very good and their co-op (paid internships) program is the best in the country. Business grads go on to lucrative jobs in management because of their co-op experience.
