question

So I was accepted into Ohio State as an out of state transfer student. I was accepted pre business. I already sent my acceptance fee, now I am just waiting for housing information.
It looks like I might be getting a C in macroeconomics. All the rest of my grades this semester will be A’s and B’s.
Do you think they could revoke my acceptance because of that C?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

You should be fine.

I only have one acceptance letter (not from OSU) that says what grades I need to maintain. I don’t think they could revoke your acceptance due to something they did not specify that you need to do like maintain a 3.0 or something. My sister and I have gotten ones from different schools just saying pass 'em all with a 2.0.

I’d call and ask if you are worried about it. It will always give you peace of mind. Be sure to get their name and time you talked just for your records.

Don’t worry at all. The “revoke acceptance” policy is for kids who start failing all of their classes, or whose grades take a serious dip - one C when all your other grades are A’s and B’s is fine, I’m sure. It shouldn’t even affect your GPA too much, right?

nah not really. I got in with about a 3.5 so I think it should be okay. Thanks for the responses
