Questions about a History/Political Science dble major @ a UC

<p>Well i finally have decided on a major. I would really like to double major in History and Political Science. My questions is for people who applied as double majors, or completed double majors as a transfer student. I will be applying to UCB, UCLA, UCSB, and UCSD.</p>

<p>First, did double majoring impact your experience at a UC? Was it too much?</p>

<p>And how did you transfer in? As one major and then apply for the double? Is it better to apply to the major that is less impacted then try to apply for double major? </p>

<p>History and Poli Sci sort of overlap each other so I figured it would be a good fit. Plus I absolutely love both subjects.</p>

<p>Any experience or tips on the double major at a UC is greatly appreciated.</p>

<p>I’d also like to know this. I’m currently completing pre-reqs for both majors. I think I will apply as a Poli Sci major with the intent of declaring History once I transfer in.</p>
