Questions about class listing on sis

I have a few questions about the following screenshot (from sis):

<a href="http://i49.tinypic.com/zksako.jpg%5B/url%5D">http://i49.tinypic.com/zksako.jpg</a></p>

what is the difference between section 1 and section 2? (besides class size difference)

is the class under Kittlesen the same class but just taught by different professors?

What is the third class? I don't understand :|

How likely is it for me to get the lecture during orientation?

Thanks in advance!

Maybe the 2nd listing is the one they keep open during orientation and then they migrate you to the other one after, and that is how they hold spots? I have no idea that is really weird!!! You will just have to wait until orientation. And if you do not get in at orientation, just wait until the first week of classes you can get in then.

Thanks. Do you, by any chance, know what the “Fri 3-5PM” class under the first section means?

no idea, sometimes classes block off for tests at odd hours or labs

1) the first problem, where the same class is listed as being in two different rooms, is just SIS being weird. You’re probably in 402, since it’s a huge lecture hall.
3) that’s probably a discussion section or office hours.
4) I’ll be in your class!
