So, I got accepted into NYU Tandon School of Engineering and was wondering whether the Brooklyn Residence Halls have the option of single Bedroom… if not is it possible as a first year to live on near the Manhattan Campus.
Also, I was thinking of double majoring… is it possible to double major in CS, and something else from other school say, Stern or CAS.

you can double major at CAS, but not at Stern. you can, however, minor in something at Stern.
If you’re going to Tandon and you want to live on-campus, you are required to live on one of the two Brooklyn campuses - unfortunately you won’t be allowed to live on any of the Manhattan campuses.

You can see that there are single rooms, so yes, you can get single bedrooms (for an extra cost!).
