Questions about St. Pauls

If anybody has any questions about St. Pauls's, feel free to ask.

Hey, I know this probably isn't the intended purpose for this thread, but if you know anything about St. Paul's Advanced Studies Program (in the summer) I would like the hear about it. I guess, more, what's the actual school like? It is a nice place to live/a nice atmosphere?

I'll be honest, I really don't know a thing about the summer study program. However, I do that that St Paul's has a wonderful atmosphere. It is set on a beautiful campus with 2000 acres of land. There are ponds everywhere, and grass galore. The teachers are all so nice, and always willing to help. In one word the atmosphere is "perfect"

As for the atmospheres in the classroom, all humanities classrooms are set around a harkness table which creates a feel of equality between everybody. Another great thing is it is a very open environment, it is amazing how sided discussions can get started by just taking a comment and talking about it. The class sizes are very small. Generally the language classes are between 8 and 10 and the humanities classes as well as science and math classes, are between 12 and 15.

Is St. Paul's... its hard to find the word for this... snobby? I have a disabilty, so would they be willing to take me? (I can hear perfectly, but I can't talk. I require no assistance inside, or outside the class room. I've gone to a hearing school all my life)

If you truly wanted to go I'm sure they would take you. I don't know of any other kids with hearing problems but that does not mean they do not exist. I'm sure you would not get any problems from other kids as they are so nice and considerate. I'm sure you could make it work =)

Thanks! I don't have hearing problems, though- I just can't talk. I'm glad to hear the kids are nice!

Oh, Sorry, but yes I really don't think you would have problems.
