Questions about Teacher Evaluation Forms

<p>When I invite a teacher to a particular college and she submits it, can I submit the one form to multiple schools? Or do I have to send her multiple invitations under the different colleges? I'm a little confused about that. </p>

<p>Also, I'm planning to create an alternate version after I submit an application for one of my colleges... I know all my uploads (like my essay) will not be transferred to the alternate version, but will the teacher evaluation forms also not get transferred?
Anyone with knowledge on this please help! Thanks!</p>

<p>Once your teacher submitted the form, it would be available for all colleges. You can assign each form to the colleges that you would want to submit to.
Also, it would be the same for alternate version. All you need to do is assign which teacher forms to submit to each colleges. </p>
