I am currently a permanant resident in U.S (has a greencard), and graduated from High school in U.S. But, i am not really sure that i need to take TOEFL for USC and UW.
I will take pbt in this fall. Can you guys tell me do they accept pbt or ibt or both at same time? thanks.</p>
