Questions About Transferring?

Right now I am a senior in high school. I recently heard back from many of the college I applied to and have been deferred and/or rejected. I am unhappy with the colleges that I got into, so I think I may stay local and chose to transfer later on.

Could I possibly apply to a college that I got rejected from? Do they have a policy or rarely not accept students who previously applied and were rejected?

Sorry that you did not get into any schools you are happy with. :( And yes, you can apply to a college that you got rejected from, assuming they take transfers and you meet the necessary requirements. It isn't necessarily easier though. Some schools leave very little room for transfers.
