Questions about UCLA / Would I be on my way to being accepted?

Hey guys!
I'm new to this forum.. and I have a lot of questions so bear with me please!

I'm currently a Sophomore(10) in high school.
I live in Texas.
[K classes = Honor classes]
I'm currently enrolled in
1) Algebra II K
2) Spanish IV AP
3) English II K
4) Symphony Orchestra
5) Chemistry I K
6) Physical Education
7) World History AP.

I make A's and B's currently.

My GPA is a 6.2 on a 7 point scale..
My GPA is a 3.534~ 3.5 on a 4 point scale

I'm not sure whether to take DUAL CREDIT or ADVANCED PLACEMENT classes.
My "schedule" for Junior year(11) is currently planned like this :
1) Pre Cal K
2)** English III AP/DC **
3) US History AP/DC
4) Physics K
5) Computer Programming K
6) ACT/SAT Prep & Physical Education [2 half semester classes]
7) Principles of Health Science

Question is .. I'm not really sure whether to head for the DUAL CREDIT route or the ADVANCED PLACEMENT.
I'm really eager to attend UCLA, but I've heard it's really hard to get in...

Does UCLA accept DUAL CREDIT from out of state community colleges?

Your GPA is too low. Aim for 3.8+UW/2100+. Take AP classes rather than OOS CC classes.
