Questions for alumni of the SUMMET program @ the colorado school of MINES

<p>I've recently been accepted to the SUMMET program @ the Colorado school of MINES and I have a couple of questions that I'd like to have answered</p>

<p>1) How was your experience at the program, what lessons/rewards did you take from attending the program?
2)The website states that attendees will be getting " instruction in calculus, chemistry, geology, computer science and basic to advanced engineering concepts". Are these concepts learned to the completion of say, a semester college course or are they basic introductions to the concepts? (For instance would I be learning enough Calculus to advance into Calculus 2?)
3) How long are classes?
4)What extracurricular activities did you partake in while attending the program (i.e. parks, hikes, etc)</p>

<p>Well i have not completed the course but I have also been accepted into the program and will be doing it this summer! You should definitely do it, I had a friend who did it and he said it was a great experience! I look forward to seeing you there!</p>
