I have a question. I attend NYU Stern as a finance and marketing major, but want to work in iBanking or some other high paying, high stress, high profile finance job. However, I would like to do this in the Los Angeles area. Does going to school in the west coast hinder me a lot when applying to these positions (especially against the likes of Stanford, UCLA, and Marshall grads)? Is it easier to get a job in the financial services sector in LA than it is in NYC (lower GPA, etc. Also, is there a big pay difference between NYC and LA?</p>
