I just had some recent questions, and I was wondering if anybody could please answer them for me. I appreciate your responses and help! Hope the admissions/paperwork is going well for everybody!

Here are my questions:

For the dental portion of our paperwork, do we have to call about our dental status, or will they send us a letter? I ask this because I haven’t heard anything back from them. Additionally, do we need to bring dental x-rays to R-Day if we sent them already?

How badly would you have to do academically to get your admission revoked? I ask because I’m afraid I will get a C in AP English this semester.

What other papers can we expect in the future? So far I have gotten the almanac, math tests, and DVD packet, but nothing else. Anybody get new packets?

As far as the dental question, I also asked because I am not expecting any dental disqualifications, but I didnt know if they would tell me my status one way or the other.

Hmmm, I sent in my dental stuff almost 4 weeks ago and also have not gotten any feedback. Has anyone here actually gotten feedback yet? The letter said you would...

My cadet had no dental issues and I do not remember any dental feedback. However, there were reports, here and heresay, that some received last minute commands to have all wisdom teeth extracted or braces removed.
I made a duplicate packet of every piece of documentation my cadet may need, including that already submitted, to carry on R-Day. I am not sure which, if any were used, but the effort gave all piece of mind that one less thing would become an issue.

I believe you will receive instructions for clothing sizes, submission of birth certificate, background check form, a boot letter, instructions to create your academic profile and choose if your parents may view your grades online, etc. The request for laptop funds too.

I ended up with a D in AP Calc AB during my first semester of senior year. Yes, D as in dead dog meat. I had to write a letter to Admissions about why I was getting a D (wasn't ready, stressed, too much on my plate) and I dropped the class the second semester and took choir instead. No repercussions for me. Is this the same English teacher that wrote your reccomendation? Perhaps they can put in another letter?

No, it is not the same English teacher. However, I am pretty sure that one C on my entire report card should be a problem. I'll just have to study up some more I suppose. Thanks for the help!
