Questions regarding UC application and major selection

Hello, I am a Californian resident currently applying to UC Davis, Berkeley, SD, SB, and LA. I have a few questions that I have not been able to solve myself.

I have taken both the SAT and ACT once; do I have to report both scores or just one? Also, If I took the ACT in October but my scores weren't here by the time of application deadline, what would I say on my application? How would I indicate both my previous score and a score that has not arrived?

I am applying to Berkeley and UCLA for either computer science (or EECS) in college of engineering or letters and sciences. Should I apply to the schools that have higher admissions rate? What would be the long term benefit of taking COE EECS compared to L&S CS? (Math SAT is 720, Reading only 630)

Am I required to report all AP Scores or just the ones I want to? Also, since I am planning on taking AP tests this year, do I check that I "Have not received my score yet."?

Thank you!

bump!

For Berkeley, EECS is generally considered more selective than L&S. However, L&S frosh all enter undeclared, and then have to get a 3.0 GPA in the CS and math prerequisites to enter the L&S CS major, while EECS frosh enter in the major.

The EECS major also requires additional physics, math, and EE courses which may or may not be of interest to you.
