If my eventual goal is to graduate with a degree from Questrom, but I don’t see much of a chance in getting straight up accepted. Would I lose out on getting into BU overall, if I applied for Questrom with a CGS option, instead of directly for CGS?

You will not lose anything. You can take required business classes as electives while in CGS and transfer after 2 years if you have a 2.3 GPA.
Should I apply for Questrom and indicate I’d be willing to go CGS, or would that negatively impact my chances of getting into BU at all? Relative to applying for only CGS.
Apply to Questrom and choose the CGs option.
