Quick question about AP BIOLOGY!

Can someone help me predict a score for me? I really don't know how the grading system for AP tests work. If they were the same as SATs I would be able to calculate it myself. But since they arent, please help me ! :) So, I answered about 65 on the MC-most should be correct because I only answered if I knew. And on the FR, I'm pretty sure I answered all the questions except 1 b,c and 2 b,c. Should I be expecting a score above 4? Please be honest

If you really want to know what you’re probably going to get, calculate your score WITHOUT a curve:

( [MC right - (0.25 x MC wrong)] x 0.60 ) + FRQ points

5: 61-100
4: 47-60
3: 39-46
2: 30-38
1: 0-29

The calculator linked to above has a pretty high curve being used. The curve may not necessarily be as high this year, which may lead to false hopes in regards to your score.

^So is this method decently reliable?

I have estimated that I have a low 5…

This method is pretty much 97% sure-fire. Since it doesn’t include a curve, your score will go nowhere but higher. If by that rubric you end up with 55+, you still can end up with a 5 after the addition of the curve.

Thanks, SeekingUni!

Do you by any chance have these for other subjects as well (namely, French, Calc BC, and US)?

No, I don’t happen to know the scales for other subjects. Sorry :(

I think I got at least a 4 ! I really hope I did  haha.

Btw, thanks SeekingUni !
