Hey guys! Don’t know where to post this, so I’m sorry if it’s in the wrong thread. I’m from Arizona, and tomorrow I’m flying home from LAX for the weekend. I live near downtown LA/USC campus, and my flight is at 10 am. I usually don’t have to drive on major freeways because I live so close to school, but I know traffic can be horrible during those times. If you were me, what time would you leave to make it? Thanks anyone who can help!
You should get to the LAX airport at least between 8 to 8:30 AM to give yourself ample to check in and go through screening. That means you should leave your place well before 7:30 to give yourself time to deal with the morning commute traffic along the Harbor Freeway (Hwy 110), Santa Monica Freeway (Hwy 10) and San Diego Freeway (Hwy 405) or the other way, south (Hwy 110) and then west (Hwy 105). You might want to start 1 and 1/2 hour early.
I think I am too late with this posting. Anyway, good for future use.
CC is definitely not the right site to be asking for time-sensitive help… this site’s activity has really fallen in recent years. USC’s activity is actually an exception, look towards UCLA’s forum and they have 2 posts a week - and they’re a “CC Top University”.
