Quick way to a computer related job? Not sure what to do.

Hello all! My wife and I are both 31 years old. She is pregnant and we are both very excited. My wife is due in March. But we have a dilemma and I don't know what to do. We both owe a lot of money on student loans, we have medical debt, car loan we are upside down on and trying to save money for the baby on the way. So it's very hard at the moment. We both decided that she should stay home and I work to bring in the income and insurance. She is a childcare teacher and I work a warehouse job. I want my child to have fun in their childhood and if he or she wants to play soccer or any other activities. I want to be able to do that for them.

With that out of the way. I have some options with school which I don't know what to pick. Oh by the way, I know I said computer related job but I do enjoy Mathematics so looking into a degree in that as well. But not 100% sure yet. I just think a computer related job would be quicker. Also I live in Salt Lake City, Utah. Here are the options I have and in no particular order:

Attend community college with getting an Associate's degree in Computer Programming.

Attend community college with getting my Information Technology certifications.

Attend community college with getting a certification in Computer Support Specialist. If you don't know those people that fix computers at computer stores, doing it self-employed or doing help desk at a company.

Attend one of those for-profit schools in my area and take night classes. That also promise getting a degree quicker but also it's more expensive. I have these schools in my area. Stevens-Henager, Broadview University (formerly known as Utah Career College), ITT Tech and University of Phoenix.

I am just not sure what to do. Should my wife and I struggle while I attend a degree that will take longer or should I pick the quickest route to a better paying job? I hope someone here can help. Thank you.
