Quinnipiac University transfer from college of art and sciences to communications

Hello,
Quinnipiac University is one of my top choices for college and I would love to attend in the fall. I had applied and been accepted into the College of Arts and Sciences. If I had wanted to transfer into the college of communications or health sciences, is that possible and if so, what would I need to do?
