<p>Hey folks,</p>

<p>I got a 5 on my AP Lit exam. I am premed. I took comparative lit R1B this semester. Is it okay to take an english R1A course next semester or do I need to move on to the 45 series or above? If i take R1A next semester, would this reflect poorly upon me in the light of med schools?</p>

<p>Why do you want to take an R1A course? Whatever the case, it doesn’t reflect poorly on you in any way.</p>

<p>No it doesn’t. but if you take an English course, it can count for your arts/lit breadth as well.</p>
