Do I have to remind you that you resorted this argument when you lost the original one. If you want to continue to argue it then be prepared to prove it. Next time, don’t be so lazy,

Too lazy to read the link? Figures, given you pathetically claimed that the Princeton Review said the SAT is worthless when they said, quote, “it is important to do well on this test.” When you say it once, it’s laziness. When you say it four times, you’re lying.

Even with Bollinger’s lawyer-approved language (and Bollinger is himself a lawyer), he openly admits that there are racial preferences at Columbia.

LOL. You call me lazy when you refused to even read the link I gave you and demanded that I produce the quote for you and when I’m offering to examine the common data set of any T2/T3 school of your choosing. What, are you telling me you’re too lazy to even pick a school?

Again, I shouldn’t be surprised given the level of patheticness you demonstrated with your Princeton Review farce.

As long as all the fifty states have a university system I will say, logically, under states rights everyone has the right of an education. BTW you know that this is a good thing right?

I just wanted to see how far you will go to perpetuate a lie. Bollinger does not say Columbia practices racial preference. What he says is far different. You are corrected, and you are put on notice that your lies will not be tolerated.

Re: schools, again it’s your argument. prove it or consider it one more another failing.

Having a public university system doesn’t mean “everyone has the right of [higher] education.” You are a master of non-sequiturs. And you still can’t explain why T2/T3 state schools “routinely waive SAT and GPA requirements” when there are 100,000-147,000 blacks and Hispanics who meet their requirements. Nor can you ever, as you’ve stuck yourself in a lose-lose situation.

Of course, having been given a fact that does not support your delusional narrative, there is really only one set of things you can do: ignore it, wave your hands frantically, and scream, “I can’t be wrong!” Why am I not surprised? (You are also a master of psychological projection.)

So you’re so lazy that you can’t even name a single T2/T3 state school for me to check its common data set? Let it be known that I offered to check the common data set of any and all T2/T3 state schools of your choosing, and you refused.

But this shows you have some degree of intelligence, as deep down, you know that there is only one possible outcome if you accede to my request: you will be shown facts which you will be forced to ignore, and you will be left waving your hands furiously and frantically and desperately crying, “I can’t be wrong!”

You mean the truth that you’re arrogant, lazy, ignorant, and incompetent? Yes, that can be very painful indeed. The Princeton Review said, quote, “it’s important to do well on this test.” Hmm, doesn’t seem at all consistent with “the SAT is worthless,” your claim.

And again, for someone who pretends to have even a kindergartener’s grasp of logical reasoning, it makes no sense for a business whose livelihood depends on high schoolers preparing for the SAT to say the SAT is worthless. I really feel sorry for your employers that were forced to hire you under the threat of having a racial discrimination lawsuit imposed on them if they didn’t throw you a bone.

The last gasp of an argument is personal attacks. Your finished!

Again your problem is one of logic and faulty suggestions. I’ve already told you that AA is decided at the state legislative/Bd of regents level. I’ve already given you the Maryland report on its university system. My research is done. The state politico is the dog. The university is the tail. Good luck checking under the tail.

BTW BAD RESEARCH ON A FAULTY PREMISE WILL CONTINUE TO BE EMBARASSING FOR YOU.

Yes, we’ve seen that your “research” consists of making a claim that racial preferences are most prevalent at T2/T3 state schools (and less prevalent at T1 state schools and your “less than ten” elites) and attempting to provide support for it by citing a document that lists goals *systemwide/i. I don’t expect much better coming from someone who has, five times now, insisted that the Princeton Review states that the SAT is worthless when they said, quote, “it is important to do well on this test.”

I offered to check the common data sets of any and all T2/T3 state schools of your choosing. But you were too lazy to pick even one, though not without justification: even someone as arrogant, ignorant, and incompetent as you knows that there’s only one possible outcome.

Ha! Ha! You are really finished aren’t you! I’ve given you the whole state of Maryland as proof of my point! But since your are beaten, you ignore it.

Here’s some advice - You are nowhere near ready to discuss the math /socioeconomics/political dynamics of the argument. You have been wrong every step of the way and you will continue to be wrong. Stick to an easier type of argument. Maybe you can help some kid make a decision about how many sweaters to take to college?

Yes, of course, citing a systemwide goal that has nothing to do with tiers obviously proves that T2/T3 state schools practice racial preferences to a greater extent than do T1 state schools and elites. Oh wait, it doesn’t prove that at all.

This is your self-styled crowning moment of achievement, and all it shows is how absurdly ignorant and incompetent you are. For the last time, elites practice racial preferences because there aren’t enough high-scoring blacks and Hispanics for them to have “enough.” T2/T3 state schools have no incentive whatsoever to practice racial preferences because there are so many blacks and Hispanics who meet their requirements. It’s so simple, but only someone desperately set on maintaining a delusional fantasy at all costs could come up with garbage after garbage to keep the illusion alive. My sincerest apologies to your employers.

Jesus it is so annoying to read sosomenza’s posts. Learn2argue, stop with the annoying personal attacks (the other does into but at least they make sense), the ignoring of stats, and the non sequiturs.

You ignorant conceit. Again another lie. There are 4903 blacks and Hispanics with great stats and a SAT of 2100+. You cannot ignore this fact and you cannot lie your way around it. More than enough to populate the elite schools. Get a grip on the math and stop spreading lies.

Again another lie. As mentioned numerous time, states are deeply invested into educating all races. Please:

1) Report to your local grade school
2) Find a US map
3)Locate the United States (Between Canada & Mexico)
4)Count all fifty 50 states.
5)Try to comprehend that every state has a University system.
6)Since the State sponsors the university system, try to understand that AA at the state level is massive and dwarfs anything the elite colleges can possibly offer.
7)Go home turn off the light & say goodnight.
