Radiography Major??

I am going to a CC and its my first semester so I dont have a specific major even though I am taking one business class, because I thought I wanted to be a business major, while I do love it very much. I am concerned about the potential job market in a couple of years. I was wondering how many different jobs in the health care field could I get with an Associates Degree in Applied Science with Radiography. My school has a great program with that. Could I be an UltraSound Tech with that? And what type of medical degrees dont involve needles. I can handle blood just not injecting someone with needles. As far as I know an ultrasound tech doesnt really involve needs. And I can't afford with time or money to get a doctorate as a radiologists.

What jobs are avalible that doesnt involve needles with a radiography degree?
is there more jobs in the radiography field vs business?
Could I be an ultrasound tech with a radiography degree?

Radiology techs are required to inject patients with contrast agents, radioisotopes and and other agents in order to do imaging studies of just about any type. You can not get licensed without demonstrating considerable skill in performing injections.

Which comunity college has radiography?
