I have a 2.8 gpa and I want to raise it to a 3.65. It is currently the spring quarter and I want to raise it by the next winter quarter.
I got an F in a 5 unit class, and a c- in a 4 unit class which I will be re taking. I have completed 105 quarter units in total.

Is it possible to raise my gpa that high in 4 quarters after retaking the two classes also?

This looks unrealistic.
You have 105 units with a gpa of 2.8; assume that you take 60 units over those 4 quarters–even if you got a 4.0 for all 60 units, your gpa would not jump to a 3.65 cumulative. And getting that 4.0 for the sixty units obviously is not a sure thing. You are in college–you should be able to calculate your gpa in various scenarios without much trouble.

As to the grade replacement–that depends on the rules at your university. Some schools permit grade replacement; others average the grades; some just report the two individual grades on your transcript. So check with your school.

Also, many graduate/professional degree programs (e.g. medical school) do not allow for grade replacement regardless of what your UG does so the bad grades will still be on your transcript and calculated into your GPA.
