Raise score by 100 points in a month?

<p>Is it possible to raise my SATs (680M, 720CR, 700W - 10 essay), i.e. 2100 to a score between 2200 and 2250 within one month. I'd like to break the 2200 barrier. I want to know if it would be possible to raise my math score by 100 points (lots of silly mistakes on my part), and my CR and Writing scores by 10-20 points each.</p>
