Random question about ACT composite calculation

My daughter’s ACT composite came back as 34. Submitted it to all her colleges, playing the waiting game now. In the meantime, she has recently entered it into two different applications for scholarships that ask for each of the section scores and calculate a composite on their own and in both cases it comes up with a 35. And in one case, it won’t let her change it - so it feels a little deceptive to leave it!

What gives? Sincerely wondering what is happening - their calculators are incorrect?

Score Report reads:
34 COMPOSITE
34 Math
32 Science
33 STEM
35 English
36 Reading
10 Writing
33 ELA

As far as I know it’s just a basic average that would be (34+32+35+36)/4 = 34.25, so with normal rounding, 34 seems right. Unless rounding up always is a thing?
We’re happy with her 34 and the first time it happened we were confused, but the second time - hmm, that’s interesting?
Any thoughts?

The scholarship is calculating her composite incorrectly (or she entered her 4 sub scores incorrectly).

34M+32S+35E+36R=137 cumulative score

137/4=34.25 which rounds down to 34 for her composite score.

Yes, 34 is correct. If you didn’t accidentally enter the 33 STEM for the 32 Science, or make another typo, then a developer or two seem to be math-challenged.

Thanks - so weird. We both double-checked the numbers over and over. She is a little nervous about the one that she can’t change - feels like she’s lying but nothing she can do if it calculates itself.
