Range of schools, 2nd tier to Ivy chances.

Hey I really am not going to go all to indepth, but rather give a quick summary of my app, as a junior.

Transcript:
Current as of Junior Year:
GPA: 4.33
APs - US History, European History, Chemistry, Biology, Micro/Macro
Scores - 5,4,5,5,5/5

APs to come: Lit, Physics, Gov, Psyc, Calc B/C (May change)
Class Rank - Not Given I would venture a guess that it would be the top 5% at least.

/end transcript.

Other Information:

Active in two primary fields: Speech and Debate (primarily student congress), and programming. Have been captain of the speech and debate team since my sophmore year, and actively work as a profitable freelancer in for programming.

Work experience: I have had good success making a good income through online investment in currency and stocks as well as opening up a small online shop which sells some scripts specifically designed for commercial distribution. I am considering getting a more traditional job over the summer, but I would do so purely to put it on my App as I can be far more productive behind a computer than behind a counter.

Essays - I am a very strong writer
Recs - They will be pretty good, I tend to stand out in a positive way in most of my classes.

Community Service - Not so hot, I have tried to help my community by creating creative and tech-savvy solutions only to be regected and given a form to fill out to provide letter-stuffing duties. (Yes I am bitter. :) )

Most of my hours are derived from menial services and participations, with the bulk coming from some data entry for a school to provide their library with a more complete online database. (I didn't design the database, just helped themn enter in the data...)

PSAT - 227 (Should be a national merit finalist.)
SAT - We'll see.

Dream Colleges

Harvard
Brown
MIT
Tufts
Amherst
Boston College

Final Notes:

Be nice, and make suggestions for schools that would be a match for me as I have a list right now consisting of a wider realistical (good word) range of schools, but would love to expand it.

Also provide a percentage chance, as I am also interested in how these colleges rank in difficultability to get in. (And seeing percentages is alot nicer than seeing someone say Deject 6 times and then follow it up by "You Suck")

Happy rating. :)

"but I would do so purely to put it on my App as I can be far more productive behind a computer than behind a counter."

Bad reasoning. BAD!

Indeed, which is why I would only do it if work experience was an absolute must on applications, which several advisors have told me it generally is.

I personally would hate to spend my time being "less productive" in the name of looking more produtive in the eyes of colleges. But if that is the way the world works, I am willing to roll with it.

make sure you have a safety that you like- those are all very competitive schools (not saying you aren't a good candidate, everyone needs a safety)

:) I have no dillusions that I have a good chance of being accepted by any of those colleges.

To be honest, aside from Boston College and perhaps Tufts, I do not consider any of those on the list to be more than a total crapshoot in the dark while blindfolded on a river without a paddle on a sinking canoe.

I have a wider selection of colleges that range from safety, match to reach that I prepared with my college counseler (obviously its evolving as I am just a junior), but I was interested in perhaps getting some personal suggestions and perhaps a percentage count for the listed colleges to get an idea of how the colleges themselves stand in terms of selectivity and compatability with my app.
