Ranking MA in International Relations Programs

I'm looking for a program with a Master's in International Relations, and I'm having trouble finding rankings for these programs. The Top-10 are easy to find, but what about rankings beyond the top-10? I'd love to go to one of the top programs, but I want to keep my options open, while still finding a top-notch institution. Can anyone give suggestions on the best programs outside the top-10?

Also, what are the top schools offering only a MA in IR and not a PhD?

You could look at I think programs at SAIS or Tufts or even the school of Foreign service at Georgetown

I’m looking at those, but they are generally ranked among the top-10…I’m trying to find out which programs are still top notch, but outside the top-10

You could look at Seton Hall’s Whitehead school of diplomacy or University of Pittsburg GSPIA school

Does anyone know anything about either Villanova or Northeastern University’s programs?

I would go to this website: [Foreign Policy Association: In the Classroom: Top Schools](http://www.fpa.org/info-url4715/info-url_list_more.htm?attrib_id=12902&doc_category_id=1127)
and check out their master list. It has a lot of schools on it that aren’t in the top ten, but are still strong.
