What do you want to be when you grow up, I say cut out an AP ur senior year and take an HN instead, considering ur on summer break already worried about ur 4 year plan at 5 am, I can see u stressing over college applications, essays, etc. And can probably tell u will be in a couple clubs so cut out an AP or 2 during high school that u won’t need for the future, or just take AP psych instead of another one cuz that’s easy
You need a three year sequence of a foreign language for many colleges. It seems like you are avoiding it with only 10th and 11th grade Spanish. I would take Spanish 1, 2, and 3 in 9th, 10th, and 11th respectively.
Also, AP Enviro seems like a forced AP class. Unless you are pursuing some kind of environmental science college track, I would drop it for a more interesting honors elective or physics.
Most importantly, be prepared to update this plan many many times over the next 3 years.
I’m not 100% sure if the AVID you have at your school is the same as the one at mine, but at my school it’s mostly for struggling students (which you don’t seem to be) and people say it’s useless, it’s basically a class on how to take classes. Just something to think about - I’m not saying to drop it if you don’t want to.
Also, when you say AP World Geography, do you mean AP Human, or is it a new AP course?
Also, consider the AP Capstone program if your school offers it. It’s good regardless of what you want to do in the future, which is good bc plans change (trust me on that, I have lots of experience with changing plans haha). What’s your HS graduation year?
Dang, you can take AP Lang as a sophomore at your school? Also, what’s integrated math and AVID? Rather than taking AP environmental, I would suggest physics because you want to have all 3 sciences. Also, maybe you could self-study AP environmental. I have heard it’s pretty easier. I think you have enough APs though, but definitely, take physics(probably honors rather than AP).
